NYTimes: Audit Results Move Google a Step Closer to Offering

There are good audits (the pre-IPO kind) and bad audits, (the IRS kind). The New York Times reports that Google has completed the audit required to move forward with its IPO filing. Things are on track for launch. The Times speculates that the offering could come in late April, if the board approves the paperwork in the next week or so.
