Getty selected online ad representation firm Gorilla Notion to hawk the online ad inventory of JAMD.com on an exclusive basis. JAMD is Getty's collection of celebrity, current events and sports photos. It is the largest commercial collection of its kind.
In addition to carrying stock photographs, JAMD enables "community members" to bookmark favorite images, as well as to upload, share and blog. The audience — five million unique visitors per month — is 80 percent female.
Getty hopes to pump JAMD photos into a number of Gorilla Nation verticals, including Entertainment, Women, Celeb Blogs, Teen, Style and Sports.
