Sports simulation site WhatIfSports.com has been acquired by News Corp.'s Fox Interactive Media, reports the Cincinnati Enquirer (via paidContent). More than 350,000 people have signed up for membership, which is free, though users pay to play games. WhatIfSports specializes in simulating games between past and present teams. SimLeagues allow users to put together fantasy teams and play against each other. Company president Tarek Kamil would not reveal a sale price or WhatIfSports.com's annual sales figures.
