Ad Age: Office Email Used to Market Political Views to Employees

A business-oriented political group is partnering with about half the Fortune 100 companies to market business friendly issues to their roughly 20 million employees. The Business Industry Political Action Committee (BIPAC) uses email marketing and specially-developed websites. Federal Elections Commission rules allow corporations to endorse candidates to management and stockholders, but only provide basic information to employees.
