WebProNews spotlighted Effective Brand, a company that developed a generic toolbar creation tool, allowing companies to create their own Internet Explorer search toolbars, complete with their own firm's logo and pre-programmed search queries. At left is an example of one from search blog SearchEngineLowdown. The toolbar works only on PCs and on Internet Explorer.
