FindWhat will purchase web storefront company Miva.

"FindWhat agreed to pay privately held Miva's shareholders $2.7 million in cash and $2.7 million in stock, also assuming about $2.5 million in notes and liabilities."

Miva is one of the leading providers of shopping carts and storefronts for small businesses (which is not a huge market: they made $1 million in revenue in the first two quarters).
