FindWhat.com Reports Results Well Above Expectations

NaplesNews: FindWhat bucks dot-com doldrums

FindWhat.com of Fort Myers posted fourth-quarter profits of $2.7 million, or 14 cents a share, up from $1.6 million, or 8 cents during the same period in 2001.

The annual performance stood out, as well, with the company reporting earnings of $10.7 million, or 56 cents a share, com pared with a loss of $347,455, or 2 cents a share in 2001.

Analysts polled by Thomson First call predicted fourth-quarter earnings of 10 cents a share and 2002 profits of 37 cents per share.

It is true to say that over the last 12 month FindWhat.com has emerged as a real player, delivering a decent service to their advertising clients. Certainly one to watch in 2003.
