Findwhat.com said its chief financial officer will resign, it will replace its current auditor, and it has removed some distribution partners, "thereby negatively affecting the company's short-term financial performance," MarketWatch reported. During the first quarter, revenue rose 136% to $58.2 million, while net income dropped to $3.2 million, or 10 cents a share, from $3.8 million, or 16 cents a share last year. The company's shares dropped $1.27, or 20.6%, to $4.89 in pre-open trade.
