Fastclick's initial public offering on Friday proved mildly disappointing to many, closing at its offering price of $12 per share, according to The Deal. The price had started at the lowest end of its predicted range, and stayed pretty close to it throughout its first day of trading. This morning it stands at $11.50, down about four percent. Fastclick raised about $68 million in the IPO, after having been the firm that raised the most capital in VC funds in 2004.
