ClickZ: Eyewonder's New Out-of-Banner Video Units
Some say Eyewonder is late to the game with its recent introduction of six new video ad formats. This introduction follows related video offerings from MSN, Unicast, Macromedia and Viewpoint. But Eyewonder CEO John Vincent says these new ad units are more flexible and load faster than other offerings.
A recent study showed that "only" 30 percent of consumers say that intrusive, content covering ads, like video ads, are annoying. Those results may create new demand for the video formats.
