Experian is again trying to get into the online marketing game, according to ClickZ, this time setting up an addressable media division that will deal with the web, along with other potentially two-way media, such as email, telemarketing, direct print and others. Using its newly-acquired Simmons Market Research division, Experian is working with Visible World, a TV-oriented creative customization firm backed by WPP to create Experian's Addressable Media Solutions, which hopes to gain between 20 and 30 clients in its first year.
