BBC: Online Advertising 'to Click Again'

PriceWaterhouseCoopers reports that search engine advertising and a general upturn in Internet use will grow online advertising by 10.6% by the end of this year in the UK, France, Italy, Germany, Spain and Holland to 886 million euros ($1.03bn). That would be the highest growth the European online ad sector has seen in three years, although that year-end total is 39 percent less than the $1.69 billion the US market saw in the first quarter of 2003 alone.
