iMedia: eTail Conference Raises Confidence

iMedia's Rebecca Weeks wrote a redux of the eTail Palm Springs conference, giving some of the more interesting bits and case studies from the various presentations. A key common denominator was the idea that etailers are discovering customers aren't very concerned about the channel by which they buy stuff. They're much more concerned with the goods themselves, making the retailer's challenge one more of old-time branding and marketing across the various media.
