Alliance Data Systems Corp. has fired Al DiGuido as CEO of its Epsilon Interactive unit, replacing him with Ragy Thomas.

The move comes as part of a major reorganization of Epsilon into four main units, DM News reports. Thomas will head up Epsilon Interactive Services; the other three areas are Epsilon Data Services, Epsilon Agency & Direct Services and Epsilon Strategic Database Services. Thomas will report directly to Michael Iaccarino, president/CEO of Epsilon.

Iaccarino would not comment on the reasons for DiGuido's dismissal.
