E-marketing solutions provider e-Dialog, based in London and Lexington, Mass., Thursday announced the acquisition of Adinfonitum, a Bellevue, Wash.-based full-service interactive marketing agency. The acquisition extends e-Dialog's marketing service capabilities, increases its presence in the travel vertical and expands its client roster to include Alaska Airlines, the American Red Cross, Paccar, Shurgard, and the University of Washington, among others.
To support clients on the West Coast, e-Dialog will maintain the Adinfonitum office in Bellevue. Doug Seto, a principal at Adinfonitum, will assume the role of general manager of e-Dialog's West Coast location.
"Both companies were founded on the principle that marketers would come to rely on services and technologies to send precise, data-driven communications," said John Rizzi, president and CEO of e-Dialog. "This acquisition instantly puts e-Dialog in a position to provide high-quality client service on the West Coast and we will immediately invest in further expanding our capabilities there."
e-Dialog's strengths lie in email and database marketing, enhancing permission-based email marketing efforts through integrated, cross-channel communications, including dynamically printed direct mail, RSS and mobile messaging.
