MediaPost: Adtech Acquired by JD Events

This brief note on MediaPost is the only thing I can find about this acquisition (no press releases from either company that I can see), but it appears to be confirmed (not that I doubt MediaPost) by the appearance of @d:tech's logo on the JD Events site.
