DoubleClick Keeps Goodies Coming for Execs

On the heels of a new retention program that pays the very top DoubleClick executives more than $1,000 a day for remembering the way to the office each morning, DoubleClick disclosed the SEC yesterday that its board's compensation committee put together a large bonus program for these same executives. Target bonuses of 50 percent to 80 percent of their salaries have been set up, most of which will hinge on DoubleClick financial performance. The committee also disclosed that it will disburse 2004 bonuses ranging from $75,822 to Brian Rainey to $128,000 to CEO Kevin Ryan.
