DoubleClick and IMS Release Reach & Frequency Tool

Press Release: DoubleClick and IMS Partner to Deliver Reach and Frequency Tools to Online Advertisers

DoubleClick and Interactive Marketing Systems (IMS), a provider of information systems for the advertising industry, have announced the integration of a new integrated online reach and frequency (R/F) tool. The initiative integrates WebRF, an R/F planning tool which IMS jointly markets with Nielsen//NetRatings, together with DoubleClick's MediaVisor product, "a hosted, web-based media planning, buying and campaign management workflow solution designed to help agencies plan, execute and analyze their interactive marketing programs." According to the press release, "shared customers can now access reach and frequency results directly from the MediaVisor environment. In addition, IMS WebRF users can export lists of Internet properties into DoubleClick's MediaVisor product for further evaluation."

Universal McCann Interactive, Modem Media, Starcom IP and Optimedia are among the first users of the integrated system.
