Disney is setting out to educate busy moms on, well, life with the launch of the Disney Family Learning Center, according to a press release.
Powered by Sony, the virtual classroom gives moms the 411 on topics like digital photography, converting videotapes to DVD, entrepreneurship and achieving a work-life balance.
The site, which hopes to attract the 32 million moms in the U.S., also touts an overhauled beta version DisneyFamily.com that blends content, search and community elements.
The Learning Center was designed, developed and hosted in collaboration with Sony and online consumer education firm Powered Inc. Courses are at the beginning of the month and remain accessible until the course end date.
