Digitial River Settles Software Delivery Patent Suit

eCommerce IQ reports that online sales service provider Digital River settled the patent suit leveled against it by Christopher M. Crawford, alleging infringement of the patent (6,014,651), which covers the sale and delivery of software online. The parties didn't disclose settlement terms.
