Liquor brand Dewar's is continuing its sponsorship of The Onion News Network - a partnership that has lasted 109 long years, writes ClickZ.
The Dewar's long-lived sponsorship is, of course, tongue-in-cheek - along with the rest of the Onion's content. The five-second pre-roll and 20-second post-roll ads are designed to look vintage and authentic.
Dewar's is also running static ads on the rest of the site, along with ads in the print edition of America's Finest News Source.
The ads are the work of Dewar's interactive agency Deep Focus. The distiller has an exclusive sponsorship that runs through next week, after which a new sponsor will emerge.
