Dentsu is expected to countersue against former Creative Director Steve Biegel's lawsuit for sexual harrassment and discrimination.

Biegel claims he was forced into some sexy situations by Dentsu CEO Toyo Shigeta, including trips to a Prague bathhouse and a Tokyo brothel.

When he protested, Biegel says it led to his firing last November.

Dentsu says the firing occurred because of poor performance.

The countersuit hinges on the contention that Biegel's lawsuit was in the works for months and that the former CD spoke with several clients about it.
