Datran Media Acquires Ad Delivery Firm Chintano

Ad delivery company Chintano has been acquired by Datran Media.

Earlier this year Datran launched EO.com, an online exchange platform for the buying and selling of CPA ad inventory. Chintano's system would add a more robust component to Datran's existing offerings, bringing both display and email campaign management under EO.com

Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
