Creative and Playskool to Launch MP3 Player for Infants

Toddling-kind get the right to shuffle their own music selections as of next month, thanks to a partnership between Hasbro's Playskool and Creative Labs.

The player is the first of three products developed by the partnership under the "Made for Me" line geared toward Gen X and Gen Y parents, according to to AdWeek. Other products in the pipeline include an infant gym and a "Day to Dream Soother."

The partnership grants parents access to music from legal online sources, as well as the ability to quickly greenlight products to beat out competition without having to spend considerable funds. Further, Creative already holds the licenses to allow users to download music online.
