It's the sort of court hearing that you want to go to just to see the guys lose. D Squared, the company that allegedly exploited a Windows weakness to bombard users with endless popup ads (which, of course, advertised a $30 solution to stop the popups), was barred by the Feds from continuing the highly annoying practice.
