CNN Signs Google to Put AdSense Ads On Site

CNN has signed with Google to have the search/ad giant put targeted ads on the cabler's website, reports Search Engine Land.

The deal puts Google in the position of "exclusive" provider of auction-based ads on the news network's site. Google gets access to a huge amount of traffic, and CNN gets to put targeted and contextual ads on its ever-updating news pages.
