Internet News: Cloudmark Tackles False-Positive Problem

Today, spam-fighting company Cloudmark announced a new email rating system to counter complaints that some anti-spam software filters out legitimate email. Coudmark's new Cloudmark Rating System provides businesses with a Cloudmark email address to add to their subscriber list. This allows Cloudmark's email filtering system to recognize the business as legitimate and allow its email to pass through a subscriber’s filter.
