Mochila and Clickability have just announced a partnership that benefits both content developers and web publishers, according to information from both companies.
Mochila serves as a global online media marketplace for print, video and photo content. Just last April it released a media player that could be branded by publishers. And Clickability is a web content management system that assists with content creation, publication and measurement.
Clients for the latter will be able to syndicate content to other publishers via Mochila's AdMatch program, as well as license content to other websites for a one-time fee.
Marisa Peacock of CMSWire notes, "The partnership seems logical when you consider that Mochila prides itself on building models that enable the monetization of content - something publishers seem to have a lot of trouble doing."
Existing Clickability customers include NBC, CNN, The Wall Street Journal and Editor & Publisher. Mochila's AdMatch was unveiled in March of this year - again, to assist web publishers in better monetizing niche editorial.
