Cingular Wireless, the country's largest cell-phone carrier, has launched a new video service for two new phones, reports the Associated Press. Subscribers will pay $20 a month for clips from the Cartoon Network, Fox News and NBC, among others; for $5 more, 3-5 minute clips of HBO shows will also be available. The service will use Cingular's high-speed data network, which is available in 16 cities.
