Microsoft Earnings Cap Promising Week
Microsoft capped off a busy week on Friday with its pleasantly surprising quarterly earnings report. Quarterly revenues were $12.92 billion - a 14% decline from this point last year. Net income was $3.57 billion, or 40 cents per share.

Publicis Buys Microsoft’s Razorfish For $530M
Publicis Groupe SA has reached a deal with Microsoft to purchase their digital agency Razorfish, more than two years after the software giant acquired the digital agency. The deal is reportedly worth $530 million in cash and 6.5 million Publicis Groupe treasury shares.

Jango Implements Pay-for-Play Online Radio Model
Music streaming service Jango, which is six million monthly listeners strong, launched a program that enables labels and artists to buy "plays" on its site.

Amazon Explores PPC Model on Product Pages
Amazon.com debuted an affiliate advertising feature called Product Ads on Amazon, which enables e-commerce sites to promote their own wares on Amazon's product pages.
Ads can consist of both a price and product image.
