To narrow down your selection of articles, click on the "AND" or "NOT" next to any of the categories below. Say you’re currently browsing entries in category "A", you can then drill down into entries that belong both to category A and another category, or belong to category A but not another category. For instance, you could list entries about demographics in the automotive sector, or entries about email marketing that are not about spam. Numbers in the columns below indicate how many entries the selected operation will narrow your query to. You can combine multiple intersection and exclusion criteria to further limit the number of entries.

Lawmakers Shy Away from Online Ad Regulation
After a handful of hearings, the US House Small Business Committee decided not to regulate online advertising, preferring to let market forces play out, reports ClickZ.
The committee listened to a number of witnesses, all of which argued that users decide which platforms succeed or fail over the internet.
Asked point-blank about Google's dominance in the field, many witnesses stuck to their guns, asser [...]

IAB President to Defend Role of Internet Advertising in Small Business
This afternoon President Randall Rothenberg of the Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB) will testify at a House Small Business Committee Hearing, regarding how internet advertising affects small business growth.

eBay says the new model will consequently [...]

Supremes: Wine Is Fine for Shipping via Online (or Otherwise)
In what will likely give a boost to some niche e-commerce players, the U.S. Supreme Court struck down state laws barring consumers from buying wine and having the seller ship it across state borders, the E-Commerce Times reports. The 5-4 decision dealt specifically with state laws in Michigan and New York. The court ruled that the existing laws were discriminatory and a [...]
