Kimberly-Clark is reaching out to one of its key buying groups - mothers that buy one of its top brands, Huggies diapers - with a social media campaign that targets their entrepreneurial needs. Hotels are taking a particularly aggressive stance against anonymous reviews found on such sites as Yelp or Trip Advisor by actively trying to connect the data dots to identify the author.
