80% of Super Bowl 2009 Inventory Already Sold

80 percent of ad inventory for Super Bowl XLIII, which takes place in Tampa Bay, FL on February 1 of next year, has already been sold, reports NBC's Seth Winter, VP of Sports and Olympics sales and marketing. NBCU Plans Digital Out-of-Home Upfront

On January 16, NBC Universal will stage an upfront for digital out-of-home ad placements, which include spots in supermarkets, gas station posts and taxi interiors. It will be held in Studio 8H.
