To narrow down your selection of articles, click on the "AND" or "NOT" next to any of the categories below. Say you’re currently browsing entries in category "A", you can then drill down into entries that belong both to category A and another category, or belong to category A but not another category. For instance, you could list entries about demographics in the automotive sector, or entries about email marketing that are not about spam. Numbers in the columns below indicate how many entries the selected operation will narrow your query to. You can combine multiple intersection and exclusion criteria to further limit the number of entries.

BoA Shows How Not to Defend a Reputation Against a WikiLeak
WikiLeak has been promising to release information that will be very damaging to a large financial institution. The site has been coy about the name, but it is widely believed that Bank of America is the institution in question. The bank has said it doesn’t know what the leak could be – but apparently it is readying for some kind of bombshell by registering domain names that could possibly be used to criticize or make fun of it.
In recent days it has taken "hundreds" of d [...]

Lowe's Violates Intellectual Property Law in Tete-a-Tete with Lowes-Sucks
Contrary to corporate sentiment, the creation of an anti-corporate website is generally protected by law. Sometimes it is the corporation itself that faces judicial scrutiny in roundabout efforts to clear its befouled name.
Such is the case with Lowe's and its nemesis of the moment, Lowes-Sucks.com.
Dissatisfied with a shoddy but expensive fence installation, Lowe's customer Allen Harkleload refused to pay until the problem was fixed.
Instead of complying, the Lowe's bill [...]

A Peek into the Online Marketing Year That Was
2006 was not Madison Ave's year of embracing the internet, but that didn't stop it from being interesting: GE came up with a solution for TiVo, a slew of virals broke out, and the PR world faced a brick wall after creating fake blogs, writes The New York Times.

The Walmarting of the Blogosphere
Wal-Mart, unchastened by disclosures earlier this year that it had been paying bloggers to sing its praises on their blogs, has apparently taken its public relations campaign in the blogosphere to its logical - albeit sordid and ultimately self-defeating - conclusion: Essentially publishing a fake blog, and paying a couple to write posts while pretending to be unaffiliated bloggers.
Wal-Mart has repo [...]
