FCC To Take First Crack at Neutrality Rules
As expected, the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) yesterday voted to begin the rule-making process that will move the US toward network neutrality - a major shift from its earlier 'hands off' policy on web regulation.

Hawaii Meds Association Pilots 'Net-Based Doctor Appointments
For a mere $10, Hawaiian residents with 'net access and a webcam or text chat will be able to "talk" directly to their doctors about medical problems.
