FCC Pressed to Incorporate Behavioral Targeting in Broadband Plan

In a set of written comments filed Friday, the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) urged the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) to consider privacy issues associated with behavioral targeting when crafting its national broadband strategy. In an effort to draw more viewership to thriller FlashForward, ABC has begun incorporating codes into print ads promoting the show. Facebook, Nokia Partner for Mobile/Socnet 'Lifecasting'
