Social Media's Rep as Trend Predictor Takes a Hit
A Princeton research team, led by Felix Ming Fai Wong, has found that Twitter is not as reliable a predictor of the future, at least in terms of movie sales. After analyzing Tweets during the Oscar season and comparing them to reviews at Rotten Tomatoes and other sites, the team determined that Twitter posters tend to be more positive than the general positive, according to Technology Review.

'Eyes On' Metric Could Boost Growing DOOH Channel

As the number of ad networks and ad exchanges continue to grow, so has the need for ad verification services -- and more fundamentally -- standards.
