Steve Ballmer defends Microsoft’s Yahoo deal.

With a market reaction that’s surprising to Steve Ballmer, the Microsoft CEO says people don’t understand the long-term benefit of the deal. Viewing it as a “win-win,” investors looked at it for 18 months but still apparently fail to see what Ballmer does.
