Facebook Buys FriendFeed For $50 Million

Analyst: MySpace Going Mobile

Yahoo Revs, Profits Increase - but Not Enough

Yahoo showed strong revenue and earnings growth in 4Q05, driven by both search and display advertising, reports ClickZ. Revenues were $1.5 billion, a 39 percent year-over year increase; net income was $683 million, or $0.46 per share; after adjustments, net income was $247 million, or $0.16 per share - up from $0.13 per share in 4Q04, but less than the $0.17 analysts expected.
