C-SPAN Launches Debate Hub for Election Junkies
Late last week C-SPAN launched the Debate Hub, a space where users can discuss the Presidential debate between Senators Barack Obama and John McCain, view clips, and hash out major topics.
Content included real-time commentary from livebloggers and Twitterati. All material was searchable, including video, which was indexed by question and speaker and can be embedded onto other sites.

Writers Strike (Officially) Comes to End
Early today the Writers Guild of America (WGA) and the Alliance of Motion Picture & Television Producers (AMPTP) agreed to end the three-month strike.
