NYT: Fewer Online Shoppers in Canada

For the second year in a row, Canadians spent less on ecommerce than the previous year, again failing to break through the $1 billion mark. While some theories are common - high taxes and fewer online offerings among them - few claim to be able to explain the phenomenon in the face of increasing Internet usage in all other categories.
