Cablevision Ads to Target Multicultural Audience

Cablevision has retained GlobalWorks to develop multicultural advertising, including broadcast, print, online, direct and outdoor advertising for Cablevision's iO digital cable, Optimum Online high-speed internet and Optimum Voice. According to MediaPost, the effort will initially target Hispanic and African-American markets, starting in the second quarter. Adspend details were not made available.
