Email marketing software firm Bronto on Tuesday announced that the Bronto Fall 2005 release features full compliance with Yahoo's DomainKeys email authentication specification. Its integration of DomainKeys will provide customers with an "added layer of deliverability assurance" to Yahoo email addresses, according to a statement by Bronto. Bronto announced Sender ID compliance in June to support Microsoft's effort at email authentication for MSN and Hotmail accounts. Microsoft will begin enforcing the standard in November.
Bronto also announced the launch of Bronto Workgroup, which enables permissions to be set for multiple users who are involved in the creation and execution of email communications, ensuring better compliance with privacy policies and email best practices. Workgroup's user-defined controls let marketers set permissions for others to have limited levels of access to their Bronto account.
