In a previous post, I referred to a story on Clickz about the importance of branding via email letterhead.

In this second in a series article on email branding by Clickz's Martin Lindstrom, he discusses the importance of a local focus when developing branded emails. The point he makes is do the extra leg work to speak to specific local issues when creating a branded email and you will connect much more closely to your potential customer then with a bland, one size fits all approach. There is a reference here to a good program Harley Davison did exactly along these lines.
