Bollore Stake in Aegis Nears 20 Percent

French billionaire and corporate raider Vincent Bollore continued to up his stake in Aegis Group this week; as of this morning, it rests at 19.96 percent, Brand Republic reports (via MediaBuyerPlanner). When Bollore's stake in Havas reached 20 percent at the end of April, he took control of the company, winning four board seats and becoming chairman.
