French billionaire Vincent Bollore has yet again raised his stake in U.K. media buyer Aegis, bringing it to 14.06 percent, reports Reuters (via MediaBuyerPlanner). Bollore bought 8 million additional shares of Aegis, owner of Europe's largest media buying and planning agency Carat, on Friday. Aegis has been at the center of speculation in recent weeks; it is in talks to be acquired by Publicis and has also received another offer, which some say has come from WPP.
