Blyk, a mobile phone company that gives users minutes in exchange for ad participation, announced plans to expand to the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium and Spain before 2010.
The company provides targeted mobile ads and marketing surveys to users pursuing otherwise-free phone time. Its demographic consists primarily of 16-24-year-olds, and ad campaigns boast an alleged 29 percent average response rate.
It went live in the UK last year.
