Digital marketing product and services provider Bluestreak on Tuesday announced the launch of ionMX 2.0, a scalable messaging platform based on its IonMail solution, a hosted eCRM email platform for acquiring, tracking, targeting and retaining online customers. The new platform, which provides messaging capabilities across SMS and RSS feeds, increases email relevance, deliverability and overall performance in addition to improving workflow and reporting, Bluestreak said.
With more customers using mobile devices to access emails and pull content feeds from websites and blogs, ionMX will allow clients to deliver messages and content that is readable on small screens.
Some of the enhancements were based on Bluestreak partnerships with Goodmail Systems and Return Path.
ionMX increases email relevance via enhanced segmentation of customers based on preferences, geo-targeting and purchasing trends; split-testing, random sampling and holdout controls; and conditional content blocks to generate the most targeted landing pages.
Better deliverability features include the option to pay for delivery to inboxes, a premium content checker to determine an email's deliverability past anti-spam filters, email authentication through both Domain Keys and Sender ID support.
