SF Gate: Bloggers find ways to profit

SF Gate reviewed the revenue prospects of bloggers, relatively few of whom have put up ads on their sites. Those who have - whether it be through Google's AdSense program, BlogAds or another technology - find that revenues, like blog traffic, are low. But a few are raking in a good deal more than the costs of serving the site, some in the thousands per month.
