BlackBerry Gets Mobile Search from Infospace

BlackBerry smartphone users will be able to use Infospace for search now that the software provider has upgraded the application, reports ClickZ.
Infospace has been offering its Find It search application for purchase and download for a while. Now, though, the company has made it a free, ad-supported application.

Infospace is offering advertisers an easy relationship by doing all the hard work. But inventory availability is still a major roadblock.

The decision to switch to an ad-supported model was made when Infospace found people were hesitant to pay for an application they hadn't tested yet.
